Continental Warranty, Inc makes every effort to assist you during the claim process. There are several things you should do make the service contract claim process go as smoothly as possible.

Mechanical Breakdown Claims
  • Try to remain calm.
  • Pull the vehicle over immediately to a safe area.
  • Turn the vehicle off to protect it from further damage.
  • If you have purchased roadside assistance protection program package please dial the number on the contract (Continental Diamond 800.338.2680, Continental Ultra Shield 800.346.6469).
  • Notify Continental Warranty, Inc. of the mechanical breakdown 800.265.9136.
  • Have the repair facility call Continental Warranty Inc. 800.265.9136 upon the vehicles arrival to verify coverage.
  • Please do not have any repairs or disassembly performed until Continental Warranty Inc. authorizes repairs to be completed.
