Q. When does the contract go into effect?
A. All of our contracts go into effect the day you sign the papers at the dealership and drive off.

Q. Can a service contract be purchased directly from Continental Warranty Inc.?
A. No, all of our service contracts are sold by our network of participating dealers. We can direct you to the nearest participating dealer in your area.

Q. Where can the vehicle be taken for repairs?
A. Repairs can be performed by any repair facility of your choice (dealership, national chain, local mechanic) in the United States and Canada. We have an extensive network of repair facilities that we can guide you to.

Q. How are claims paid?
A. All of our claims are paid by corporate credit card or company check.

Q. Are the contracts insured?
A. All of our products are fully insured enabling the customer to have that extra "peace of mind", knowing that Continental Warranty Inc. will be with them every single mile and every day of their service contract.
